John Cabot Academy

Religious Education OfSTED Inspection 16th-17th February

We have been contacted by OfSTED to inform us that the Academy will be subject to an inspection this week.  This inspection, unlike the previous full Academy inspection, will be specifically focused on RE and therefore is unlikely to include the stakeholder questionnaires associated with a full inspection.

The students have been told about this two day visit in assemblies and will help us to ensure the Academy is presented in its best light.  Cabot has never experienced an inspection of this nature and so it will be an important milestone in establishing exactly how a subject area under the spotlight compares with national expectations.
