My Docs lets you download and upload your files when you are away from Cabot, even on the minibooks.

You can...

• Log in using your normal username and password
• Browse your My Documents area by clicking on folders to navigate into them, and click on the Up Folder navigate out of them
• Download files to your local computer for editing (Click on a file and then choose "Save File").
• Upload files by clicking "Browse". Click Add More Files to enable you to select more files to upload.Click Upload Files to upload them.

You can’t...

• You are not currently able to create new folders when accessing My Documents from the Internet.
• Upload files greater than 10MB.

Be Careful...

• Take care if you upload a file into you My Documents area with the same name as a file that already exists or if you download a file with one already on your home computer or minbook. .
• You can overwrite existing files with the same name. This means you can lose work and you will not be able to get your original file back.
• To fully log out of the system please close all browser windows.
